ALL manufacturer's brands are serviced OUT-OF-WARRANTY!

"Please also visit our LINKS page for trips to other cool music-related sites"!

Most repairs are completed swiftly due to our large parts stock and highly-experienced technical staff. Unfortunately, however, we simply cannot stock EVERY part available, and some parts may need to be ordered. You will be advised when this occurs. You will also be advised when parts are on backorder from the manufacturer due to current unavailability. If you are shipping in a unit for repair, please enclose a detailed description of the problem, suggestions on how to reproduce the problem if only seen intermittently, and (if the unit is under warranty) a photo copy of your original sales receipt (WE CANNOT HONOR A WARRANTY CLAIM WITHOUT IT!). Pack the unit WELL (preferably in the original box and packing) and send (insured) to:.

dBm Pro Audio/Music Services
320 West 37th Street, Suite 501
New York, NY 10018 USA

***NOTE*** - dBm is NOT RESPONSIBLE for damage or loss incurred due to inadequate packing materials or improper box labeling, respectively, nor are shippers such as UPS and FedEx willing to readily pay insurance claims related to this. Therefore, it is in your best interests to pack the unit and label the box PROPERLY! Use a heavy-gauge cardboard box in GOOD CONDITION with at least 4 inches of packing material (e.g. crushed newspaper, bubble-wrap, etc.) on ALL sides of the unit. Seal the box well and reinforce all closures with clear packing tape. Remove or otherwise cover any old shipping labels. DO NOT USE PACKING PEANUTS UNLESS THE UNIT IS WRAPPED IN A PLASTIC BAG FIRST! The residue generated by this packing material can be detrimental to the operation of electronic and electromechanical equipment, as it tends to lodge itself in switches, connectors, key contacts, gears, etc. JUST DON'T DO IT! ANY damage incurred in shipping will VOID YOUR WARRANTY.

No Return Authorization number is necessary for units shipped in for service. When your unit is received, you will be issued a workorder number, which you will then refer to anytime thereafter when inquiring about the repair. In addition, when shipping to us from a storefront shipper (e.g. "Mailboxes, etc.") you MUST supply us with a personal return address, phone number and contact name, NOT the address and phone number of the shipper! ANY units received in this manner will be sidelined until you contact dBm. ALL international units MUST be accompanied by a COMMERCIAL INVOICE containing the item description and commercial value.

Behringer Service:

Behringer units for warranty service MUST be accompanied by a Behringer-issued RA#. If you need to return a Behringer unit for warranty repair, please call 425-672-0816, option#4 to obtain an RA#. PLEASE print the Return Authorization number CLEARLY, in large letters, on the shipping box prior to shipment. You can then send us the unit in the normal manner. Non-warranty units do not require a Return Authorization number. Any WARRANTY units received without an RA# will be processed as NON-WARRANTY, and repair charges will be incurred at our regular Shop Rate.

Please see our SHOP RATES page for further information concerning both In and Out-Of-Warranty service
